So is this just another social network?
It is a social app — posts, stories, comments, reactions, messages. The difference is structure. Instead of one feed that mixes everything you have ever tapped on, your content lives in Streams you deliberately joined, and you only ever see one at a time.
Can I join more than one Stream?
Yes, as many as you want, and you can leave any of them later — you just have to keep at least one. Your home feed shows whichever Stream is currently selected, and switching is a single tap.
How does my home feed get chosen?
It is posts from people you follow, inside the Stream you have open. Once there is enough tagged content, it narrows further to the topics you picked inside that Stream. It is not a ranking model guessing at your attention.
What does the app do with my post when I publish it?
It reads the text and images to suggest the Stream and topics it belongs in, so it lands where people are actually looking for it. You can always change the Stream before you post.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. There is no password to reuse or leak, and we do not import your contacts or your graph from anywhere else.
When do invites go out?
In waves, per Stream. A feed with three people in it is not worth opening, so we fill each Stream to a useful size before sending its invites. Picking a Stream when you join the waitlist puts you in that queue.
Which platforms will it launch on?
iOS and Android at launch. The waitlist invite works on both — install the app and sign in with the number you want to use.
